PhoneScoop is reporting that Cingular has unofficially launched a page on the Sierra Wireless AC 860 PC Card – an HSDPA high speed PC Card. The AC 860 features dual band (850/1900) HSPDA support as well as quad band GPRS/EDGE network support. Other interesting tidbits on the page include:

• Cingular’s 3G network speeds are around 400-700 Kbps for download with a max. burst of 1.8 Mbps
• upload speeds of supposedly 40-60 Kbps at launch
