Samsung introduces two new portable systems
Samsung is introducing two new laptops which offer innovative design features not found from other manufacturers. The new systems are the Samsung M70 with a detacheable 19 inch screen and the X1 which features a unique original design with a top loading optical drive.
Flexibility is the name of the game with the Samsung M70. You can detach the full sized 19 inch monitor from the system and use it for other desktop PCs. This minimizes the size of the laptop which is ideal for travel. It also means you can connect other displays to your system wherever you go. The monitor is a 19 inch widescreen display featuring Samsung’s SuperBright Gloss technology and a native resolution of 1680 x 1050. The system includes an NVIDIA GeForce Go 6600 GPU.

Meanwhile, the X1 address the thin and light users out there by integrating a top loading optical drive and using a front keyboard design to produce a thinner and lighter 14 inch widescreen laptop. The X1 weighs a scant 1.7kg and comes with all sorts of goodies.
