Fujitsu Siemens Pocket LOOX N520, N500 GPS Handhelds
Fujitsu Siemens has announced an upgrade to their LOOX lineup of PDAs called the Pocket LOOX N520 and N500 GPS. These two models are part of the new N500 line of PDAs and have the unique feature of having integrated GPS capabilities. Both models use the Intel XScale PXA270 processors running at 312MHz. The N500 has no Wi-Fi support and has 64MB of RAM while the N520 has 128MB of RAM and Wi-Fi. The integrated GPS comes from the SiRFstar III GPS module built right into these handheld PDAs.
