CNET reviews the Hitachi CP-X443 Network ready LCD projector here. Being network ready means the projector actually has a physical address on your local area network (it has a built in DHCP client). It also has a built in webserver so you can log into the projector over the network via the web browser and configure the settings. Unfortunately the projector can not display images from over the network which is a real bummer. The verdict?
It’s not the brightest in its class, nor does it have the most-extensive networking features. But the inexpensive Hitachi CP-X443 is a good all-round performer with excellent color.
