There’s a new build of Windows Vista floating around the web called Build 5231. You can see screenshots over at neowin.net here. Another build is expected to make it out to testers shortly which will incorporate even more features. This leaked build seems to include Windows Media Player 11 (though still called 10), the latest beta of IE 7, and new sound features.
