Motorola’s RAZR has driven some mobile phone manufacturers to release their own slimmed down models. Case in point – the new Pantech/Curitel PT-K1500. This new phone from the folks in Korea includes an MP3 player and a 1.3MP digital camera and it weighs only 80g.
