Logitech announces the availability of the new Logitech Z-5450 Digital 5.1 Speaker System – the world’s first THX certified 5.1 speaker system with digital wireless dual rear speakers. That’s right – this means there’s no need to string speaker wire to the rear speakers. The two rear speakers only need to be plugged into a wall outlet for power and can be placed up to 8.5 feet away from the speaker control center. The speakers deliver a total of 315 watts of power with the satellites delivering 199 watts and the sub delivering 116 watts.
