If you use a dedicated headphone amp, they would be a good choice, but that negates much of the portability of an iPod.  A better choice would be the less-expensive ER-6i, which is designed around the iPod&#039;s frequency response and output characteristics.  Also, if you want ever better noise isolation, buy the optional foam eartips.</description>
