You first saw Mechs (or Mecha) in Japanese anime flicks – usually big hunking robots capable of transforming from one shape to another and usually commandeered by a human to fight some other mech or entity. Now you’re starting to see them in real life (though not necessarily working or transforming). A blog site has linked a reference to a site detailing the construction of a robot from the anime Votoms. Check it out! Maybe it’ll inspire you to build your own Mecha in your backyard. Umm.. maybe not.
