Talk about strange inventions.. a person over in Seaside, CA has invented a cat collar that glows whenever the cat that is wearing the collar purrs. The collar also flashes when the cat is in a dark environment such as being outside at night. As strange as it sounds, I’m sure there’s going to be a market for this.
