It looks like LG is preparing to announce a new mobile phone specifically targeted to the children’s market. The new phone is called the LG VX-1000 and will come with features that kids and parents will like. It has a small monochrome dislpay, side volume keys, and various preprogrammed buttons (e.g. a 911 button). PhoneScoop has more info on the phone here.
