Darren over at Digital Photography Blog notified me about a rumor that Canon may be releasing a new digital SLR over the next few weeks called the Canon EOS 5D. The suggested announcement date would be August 22nd and the cited features on this supposed camera include:
* 13 megapixel Sensor, full frame
* 3 fps till a maximum of 60 with JPG high quality
* AF with 9 points
* LCD of 2.5“
* Magnesium body
* DIGIC II
* USB 2.0
