Motorola officially launched the Motorola Q smartphone (originally known as the RAZRberry/Franklin among the rumor mill) at the MOTONOW event for analysts. Several websites already have information on the Q including MobileBurn and PhoneScoop. The Q is supposedly 50% thinner than comparable devices currently on the market. The device includes a QWERTY keyboard, a 1.3 MP digital camera, a miniSD memory slot, and Bluetooth support. The device may be out as early as Q4 of this year but more realistically during Q1 of next year.
