The Register reviews the O2 XM mobile phone here. The O2 XM is a clamshell phone originally based off of the Intel “Manitoba” platform which was designed to show off XScale processors in cell phones. The phone delivers the following features:
* 1.3 MP camera
* support for music playback
* 176 x 220 262K color LCD
* Proprietary OS
The verdict?
Bought as a general-purpose handset, the XM unlikely to disappoint, but the most exciting thing about it is the box it comes in.
