Keynote systems has released a study on VoIP vendors and found that Vonage is the best when it comes to reliability. When it comes to sound quality – nothing beats AT&T’s CallVantage service. Despite these top honors, there is still plenty of room for improvement in both categories for both companies. I’m still not entirely convinced of dropping my POTS phone in favor of a VoIP phone.
