ExtremeTech takes a look at Thermaltakes newest sub 100 dollar case – the Thermaltake Soprano VB1000 (not to be confused with HBO’s Soprano’s TV show.. there’s no mob boss in the case folks). The case sacrifices some of the niceties of the more expensive Tsunami case such as the removal of the aluminum front door in favor of a plastic door. What’s the final verdict?

A good affordable starter case, but frequent DIYers or LAN party enthusiasts might want to look for something a little sturdier.
