Cingular is now carrying the special edition Motorola Black RAZR V3. The RAZR black is made of aircraft grade aluminum, magnesium, and nickel-plated copper alloy metals. The RAZR supports video playback, Bluetooth wireless, and a VGA resolution camera. The phone costs $199.99
