Nissan to eliminate blind spots
Nissan is working to eliminate all blind spots that a driver may have inside a vehicle. They’ve already gone and equipped most of their new cars with rear view cameras to allow drivers to see what’s behind them. They’re also working on adding side cameras to help people see the troubled blind spot to the left and right of a driver (around the back seat areas). This all leads to a project whereby Nissan is trying to provide a sythesizes picture of a birds eye view of the car. Using cameras placed all around a car, Nissan software will attempt to create a birds eye view of the car and present that to the driver. This technology is not currently available yet but you just might see it in the near future… at least in Nissan cars.
