Samsung i730 reviewed by PC Magazine
PC Magazine has an excellent review of the new Samsung i730 which was just recently released to business customers by Verizon Wireless. This phone COULD be the next killer device IF some issues are addressed by Samsung and Verizon. As we mentioned earlier, the phone offers all sorts of connectivity options including WiFi, Bluetooth, and EVDO. Unfortunately you can’t use all the technologies at the same time. If you are surfing on WiFi, you can’t easily switch over to EVDO. Plus, data plans from Verizon Wireless appear to be quite expensive right now. The i730 appears to be an OK phone but not a great phone. It is however a great PDA with a fast Intel XScale processor built right inside. If the price would come down to something comparable to a Treo 650, I would definitely consider getting one for my own work.

The most powerful cellular device available, as long as you can put up with frustrating network configuration.
