If you’re a big digital camera user, then you’ve probably come across the problem of storing all the pictures that you’ve taken while you’re on the road. Unless you bring along a slew of flash media cards for your camera, you’ll need to offload the pictures somewhere if you plan on taking any more pictures. Sony has an answer to this problem with the Sony Photo Vault. It’s a mini-CD recorder that accepts Sony Memory Sticks or direct USB connections for image transfers. Each mini-CD can store UP to 200MB of space which isn’t a whole lot given the large MP sizes these days. What’s PC Mag’s take?

The Sony Photo Vault is a portable mini-CD recorder that stores images from your USB- or Memory Stick-equipped digital camera and can display them on TV. Its small size makes the Photo Vault easy to take along, and mini-CD blanks are inexpensive.
