HP is back with the HP iPAQ hw6515 - a PDA designed specifically for those who need to always be in touch. The hw6515 is a small device measuring in at 118 x 71 x 21 mm and weighing 165g. It has an integrated thumbboard, EDGE support, Bluetooth support, and GPS capabilities. What’s the verdict?
A Ferrari powered by a Wolksvagen motor - that’s the HP iPAQ hw6515 in a nutshell. An otherwise excellent set of hardware and software harboured in a surprisingly small form factor is hampered by poor thumbboard responsiveness, a modest processor, limited memory and poor battery life.
UGH! I thought we had a RIM killer but apparently not. One more try HP!
