The Motorola razr phone is crap. It is not durable. I have not dropped the phone or hit it or done anything out of the ordinary with the phone and the pin came out. I have only had the phone for a couple of months. Cingular told me that they would not do anything to help me out nor would Motorola. I do NOT suggest using this phone.
