Several deficiencies; resolution is not 1920*1200 (you can get 37″ LCD panels with that resolution now); there is no VFD display so you cannot tell what music you are listening to with the screen off; there is no HDCP input for the panel so you cannot use HDCP devices with it, only component (the new Sky HD boxes will have component, but pretty soon they will phase that out and only provide HDCP); and the wireless keyboard it comes with is horrid; don’t know why it doesn’t come with the new Windows MCE one.

That’s very true. It certainly does look like a sweet addition to a living room. I’d love to be able to have one of these someday

If the PC does go wrong, don’t forget you have the tuner in the LCD so you can still watch TV and the component inputs to the panel so you can still use the panel until the engineer comes to repair it. I love mine!! I’m just having to hide the credit card bill from the wife!
