Apple has been granted a patent on an “electronic device” that looks very much like a tablet system. Rumors abound that Apple may be considering releasing a tablet oriented Mac. I still have to wonder how serious of an effort something like this is at Apple. The tablet market is still a very niche market and let’s not forget that it’ll be an engineering miracle to get a G5 into the tablet without causing heat issues. Maybe a G4 though…
