Gear Live has an article on how to upgrade the Mac mini hard drive yourself. If you’re not happy with that 4200 RPM drive that comes in the mini, then this guide is definitely for you. Of course, if you decide to upgrade to a faster hard drive – keep in mind that your internal temperatures will more than likely rise. It probably isn’t too big of a deal but it’s something to consider.
