Microsoft plans to unveil the latest mobile OS this week called Windows Mobile 2005 (code named Magneto). The new OS will unify the several mobile OS offerings that Microsoft now offers for its PDA’s, Smartphones, and Pocket PC Phone Edition devices. The new OS will also include scaled down versions of Powerpoint, and updated versions of Excel and Word. There are several OS improvements including better power management, persistent storage technology, and updated support for email attachments.
