Sony has launched a new camcorder called the Sony DCR-DVD7E DVD Camcorder. This is a circular designed DVD camcorder allowing users to save video directly to DVDs. The back side of the camcorder has a 2.5 inch LCD screen. The Sony DCR-DVD7E also features a Carl Zeiss Vario-Tessar lens, 10x optical zoom, support for all sorts of DVD formats (though no dual layer supports)
