An 8ms LCD monitor. That’s right folks – you heard me.. an 8ms LCD monitor – that’s exactly what the ViewSonic VP191b is and the folks over at BeHardware review it here. The screen itself is an MVA panel developed by AU Optronics for ViewSonic. So what’s the upside to having an 8ms response time LCD? Great gaming, great movie watching, and great experiences overall. What are the downsides? Issues from using new technology and cost. Here’s the verdict from BeHardware:
ViewSonic is successful here with the first VA 8 ms, a response time 3 times faster than that of the previous monitors of this technology.
