Winbook PowerSpec LC30D 30″ Wide-Screen LCD TV
You know the LCD Television market is hot if a company such as WinBook is also getting into it. The company has traditionally sold windows laptop systems (hence the name WinBook) at a low cost – it figures to do the same for LCD TV’s (a la Dell). The newest LCD is the Winbook PowerSpec LC30D 30″ Wide-Screen LCD TV and PC Magazine takes a stab at reviewing it. The TV has a resolution of 1280 x 768 and offers Component, Composite, DVI, and S-Video inputs. This TV will be good enough for 720p content out there. What’s the verdict?
WinBook’s 30-inch flat-panel HDTV is an inexpensive way to get started with a high-definition display. Its picture quality is good for the price, but overall quality certainly isn’t the best we’ve seen.
