X2 Corporation has announced the availability of the MEGA 865 Pro Media Center PC. This MCE is a MEGA 865 Pro unit coupled with X2’s new X2Link Digital Home Architecture. X2Link is just a software architecture that allows people the ability to view live and recorded television shows from a network. The built in tuner on the 865 Pro is interesting – it’s HDTV ready featuring an HDTV digital tv tuner and is able to decode ATSC Digital TV formats including 480i, 480p, 720p, and 1080i.
