Gateway has announced the new Gateway M680 – a 17 inch widescreen laptop geared toward the performance and media minded folk. The M680 comes with the latest Intel Centrino package and the ATI Mobility RADEON X700 PCI-E graphics technology. You’d think that all of this translates into a heavy laptop but the M680 actually tips in at 7.7lbs. Not too shabby for a 17inch laptop. Here’s the Press Release for you to peruse through.
