I own the DSC-T1 from Sony and for the most part, I love the camera (except under low light conditions). Of course, Sony has to go out and make an even smaller and thinner camera - the Sony CyberShot DSC-T33. The resolution hasn’t really changed but you really don’t need something higher than 5MP on something this small. Makes a wonderful party cam if you ask me. DigitalMagasinet reviews the unit.
