Now this isn’t exactly surprising but the combined forces of Cingular/AT&T Wireless have the worst number of customer complaints according to the Consumers Union. As a not so proud owner of a AT&T Wireless phone, I can vouch at times for the crappy service. I would love to switch to Verizon Wireless but their phone selection is horrible. I’m still with AT&T primarily because of the Audiovox SMT5600 phone.
